It works!

What you will see is the Graphical User Interface (GUI) with which we can monitor the SSD detector layers. In other words, this is all specifically written for the tiny (roughly two meters long) subdetector that I am working on.

Now that window looks like this:

Note in the twiki the explanation for the "Generic GUI": " This interface will be in use until the functionality to select a ladder number and provide the corresponding plots is implemented in the SSD GUI." Now see what we get if we click the new "Custom" tab:



Where the user can select and view any of the total >1000 histograms as they fly out of the detector. Cool, hm?
